Hypnotherapy Sessions  

(excluding Smoking Cessation and Quantum Journeys Hypnosis)

We offer 3 main packages for hypnotherapy.

3 session program £ 270

4 session program £ 340

5 session program £ 400

Standard hypnotherapy sessions (including stand-alone Past Life Regressions) last between sixty and ninety minutes.

The number of sessions required can vary depending on a client's particular requirements and the type of issues that need resolving. On average this is between three and five.

Smoking and Vaping Cessation

This is a single two-hour session programme charged at a flat rate of £210, payable at the time of booking the session.

Weight Management

This is a 5 session program tailored to the individuals requirements.

We look at forming a better relationship with food, changing unwanted eating habits and your mindset around food, as well as helping you to make small lifestyle changes to achieve your physical goal.

There is the opportunity to select either the Virtual Gastric band or the Virtual Weight Loss Jab as part of the program where appropriate. 

£400 for all 5 sessions, each session lasting between 60 and 90 mins

The package includes:

• Initial chat to ensure this is the appropriate course of action for the client and agree on the structure of the program

• Five hypnotherapy session

• Recordings to compliment the program and your progress

•  Self – help techniques to support your progress

•  Guidance sheets and information sheets

•  Ongoing support and check in during the program

Menopause Relief 

This is a 4 session program tailored to the individuals requirements.

Personal tailored sessions to help reduce or even remove the symptoms associated with perimenopause and menopause.

£340 for all 4 sessions, each session lasting between 60 and 90 mins

The package includes:

• Initial chat to ensure this is the appropriate course of action for the client and agree on the structure of the program

• Four hypnotherapy session

• Recordings to compliment the program and your progress

•  Self – help techniques to support your progress

•  Guidance sheets and information sheets

•  Ongoing support and check in during the program

Quantum Journeys Hypnosis

First session: £120, payable when booking.

 This session last approximately 2 hours and includes:

• 1 Quantum Journeys Hypnotherapy session.

Subsequent sessions / stand alone sessions : £95 each, payable when booking.

These usually last between 60 - 90 minutes 

Fees

Fees for face-to-face and online appointments need to be paid not later than 48 hours after booking a session.

Payment

Payment can be by credit card, debit card or cash. We regret that we are unable to to accept cheques.

Missed Appointments

Please note that any missed appointments  will be charged in full.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes appointments need to be cancelled. In such situations we require a minimum of 24 hours notice. This is to allow the appointment time to be offered to someone else. Prepaid appointments as such would not be refunded. Unpaid missed appointments are invoiced at our standard / package rate as appropriate.

Should we need to cancel, there would be the opportunity reschedule or receive a full refund for that session.
