Tips for Getting the Best from Online Sessions
Create Your Ideal Environment: Choose a quiet, comfortable space where you won't be interrupted. Where possible do not have a light source, such as a window, behind you. It is best if your face can be well lit without dazzling you. A comfortable chair or bed, and perhaps a light blanket can enhance your experience.
Equipment Setup: We would recommend that you use your laptop or desktop computer. Place your laptop or tablet on a hard, secure surface so it will not fall over.
Use Quality Audio: Good headphones or speakers make a significant difference. The clearer the audio, the easier it is to focus on your hypnotherapist's voice.
Test Your Technology: A few minutes before your session, check your internet connection, audio, and video. This prevents technical distractions when you want to be relaxing.
Minimize Distractions: Turn off notifications, put other devices away, and let household members know you shouldn't be disturbed. Also ensure that pets are out of the room.
Stay Hydrated: Have water nearby, but avoid caffeine before your session as it can interfere with relaxation.
