We can discuss "face to face" online how hypnotherapy can help you achieve your goals. Whether it be weight, pain, anxiety, stress or a multitude of other issues, whatever we can do face-to-face, we can do online.
To help make sure an online session runs smoothly we ask you to follow these guidelines:
Make sure anyone else in the house knows you are having a hypnosis session and not to disturb you.
Make sure any pets are fed and put out of the room before starting.
Have a drink and go to the toilet before the session for your comfort.
We would prefer you to use your laptop or desktop computer. Please have your laptop or tablet on a hard, secure surface so it will not fall over.
Make sure your mobile phone and laptop are fully charged.
Where possible do not have a light source, such as a window, behind you. It is best if your face can be well lit without dazzling you.
Sit in a comfortable, supportive, upright chair, ideally with arm rests.
Ensure that, from your head to your elbows, you can be seen clearly on the screen and that sound is clear.
Have your mobile or land line available just in case the connection is interrupted for any reason.
