It's Mental Health Awareness Month, and to mark World Meditation Day on 21st May, Nikki is offering a completely free, one-hour online guided visualisation session. Everyone is welcome, even if you've never used meditation before.
Together we'll take a peaceful journey of the imagination to a calming waterfall, gently releasing the stress and tension you've been carrying. No experience needed. Just you, somewhere comfortable, and an hour for yourself.
